Hotel Requirements

Enrollment is required for all canine guests servicing Fetch Club. 
Hotel guests staying in the Community Penthouse will be required to:

• Fill out an enrollment application
• Be up-to-date on Rabies, Distemper, Bordatella*, and Parvovirus** vaccinations.  Please have your vet fax over a vaccination history to Fetch Club.
• Spayed or neutered if over the age of 8 months
• Pass a temperament assessment.  This will help determine if Fetch Club’s environment is a match for you.

Hotel guests staying in a Private Suite will be required to:
Fill out an enrollment application
Be up-to-date on Rabies, Distemper, Bordatella*, and Parvovirus** vaccinations.  Please have your vet fax over a vaccination history to Fetch Club.

*Bordatella vaccine – As required by NYS law, all dogs servicing canine facilities must be vaccinated against Bordatella which must be current within the past 6 months.
**Parvovirus vaccine – All puppies over the age of 4 months must be vaccinated against Parvovirus.  Usually, this vaccination is administered in conjunction with the Distemper vaccine.  If you are unsure, please ask your veterinarian.
